When you request a demonstration, we collect the details you provide, such as your name, work email, company and any message. For teams taking part in a Lumina experience, we process the information needed to run their programme on behalf of their employer.

We use the information you provide only to respond to your enquiry, arrange a demonstration, and deliver the services requested by a client organisation. We do not sell personal information.
4. Keeping information separate and secure
Each client's programme and data are kept separate, with access limited to the people who need it. We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal information.
