The Lumina ecosystem

Five experiences. One workplace people want to be part of.

Lumina has five employee experiences: Learning, Wellbeing, Play, Recognition and Live. Use one for a focused intervention or combine several into a connected programme.

What is inside Lumina

Each experience has a clear purpose.

Every experience gives employees a simple action to take and gives the organisation a clear reason for running it.

One journey, not five silos

Every experience connects to the programme.

Employees see what matters now, what comes next and how their participation contributes. Managers get context without stitching together separate tools.

Questions answered

What teams ask about experiences.

Short, direct answers to the questions HR, people and culture leaders ask before starting a programme. Anything else, just ask us.

What are the Lumina experiences?

Lumina has five experiences: Learning (short courses and assessments), Wellbeing (practical routines), Play (games and challenges), Recognition (peer and formal awards) and Live (events and finales).

Do we need to use all five?

No. You can start with a single experience, such as Learning with a Play challenge, and add others as the programme grows.

Is employee wellbeing data kept private?

Yes. Wellbeing activity is private by default and is never used to rank or score employees.

How is game scoring kept fair?

Scores are validated on the server and attempts are limited per week, so leaderboards reflect real participation.

Can experiences run offline or at events?

Yes. Lumina Live supports in-person finales, activations and hybrid events alongside the digital experiences.
